My name is Joan Carles Rueda. Trained in Commerce and Retail. I have been working in the service sector for more than 30 years. I am passionate about people and this is one of the reasons why I have chosen to dedicate myself to this profession. I am a person who likes challenges, who puts enthusiasm, passion and commitment in everything I do. I firmly believe that the personal and professional success of each person lies in their actions, that we are what we do day by day, and that, therefore, excellence is not an act, but a habit. I believe that the way to happiness is to make others happy, and my profession allows me to experience and enjoy this on a daily basis by helping people to make what is perhaps one of the most important decisions of their lives: the purchase of a home. This involves a significant responsibility that I take very seriously, which I manage with honesty, professionalism, and trust.
If there is one thing I have learned throughout my career in the real estate sector, it is that excellence can only be achieved through a strategy based on three fundamental pillars: attention to detail, transmitting confidence to the client and exceeding their expectations. To do this, the only way to achieve this is through a friendly, sincere and close relationship and through good coordination between all the members of the team.
